Tashkent Conference Hall

The F.H.L. KIRIAKIDIS GROUP took over this huge project in May 2009 ; all manufactured with the extremely rare and exclusive all white “Thassos” Marble.
The whole value of the project was around 27.000.000,00 Euros, estimating that the value of the whole building is considered to be around 500.000.000,00 Euros. The whole project had to be delivered in a record time period of only 3 months (May – August 2009)! The F.H.L. GROUP produced for this tremendous Conference Hall the 16 of the exterior columns with a total height of 23m.  Each column is composed of different column-rings with an average height of 1,10m and the extraordinary diameter of 2.60m! In order to hold the strict time schedule, special machinery had to be designed, constructed, imported and installed exclusively for this project in an extremely short period of time. Beside the columns also marble and granite for the interior space of the building were delivered together with ornaments for doors and ceilings, parapets and wall claddings. In spite of the tremendous difficulties occurred by the complicate designs, the time pressure and the rarity of the All white “Thassos” Marble, the F.H.L. KIRIAKIDIS GROUP managed to deliver not only in time, but before deadline!
